Two partners Vladimir and Tim work together to steer and expand the company. Vladimir developed a passion for construction in the Ukraine where he learned the trade from his father, earning the position of foreman and eventually project manager due to his attention to detail and aptitude for quick learning. After relocating to the U.S., Vladimir honed his skills in siding installation, becoming the go-to choice for contractors in Missouri. Not only does Vladimir continue to mentor young men, just like his father did, but he also treats everyone he encounters with kindness and respect.

When the company decided to expand to Kansas City, Tim became the first employee to join forces with Vladimir. Together, they put in tireless effort and upheld a strong dedication to excellence, which ultimately led to the company securing a major multi-family project in St. Louis. This accomplishment sparked tremendous growth for the team, affectionately referred to as "The Hardworking Ukrainian Crew," who managed to quadruple in size.

Because of the flourishing nature of the company, Vladimir decided to bring Tim on board as a partner and appointed him as the general manager to continuously provide sales training. As for Vladimir, he personally oversees the construction team to guarantee that they consistently surpass our high expectations.

US Quality Construction has grown since and now has a location in Columbus, Ohio. Our services in Columbus include shower remodels, siding replacements, window installations, and deck building for homeowners in the surrounding area.
