Position: Seasonal Door-to-Door Canvasser

Location: Various Midwest Territories

Type: Seasonal (Summer–Fall)

Compensation: $3,000/month base + performance incentives

Job Summary

As a Canvasser, you’ll be the first friendly face representing our mission to homeowners. Your goal is to generate qualified leads by engaging potential customers in the community, sparking interest in our remodeling services, and setting appointments for free consultations. We provide comprehensive training, all the tools you need, and the opportunity for rapid advancement into our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Neighborhood Outreach: Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners to identify interest in exterior renovations.
• Service Introduction: Use value-based scripts and real project visuals to present our deck and siding solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified in-home consultations with our design consultants.
• Lead Documentation: Accurately capture contact information and confirm appointment details.
• Objection Handling: Address common concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Team Participation: Attend strategy sessions and contribute to a high-performance team environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Base Pay: $3,000/month
• Incentives: $50 for every qualified appointment set; $200 for every sale resulting from your appointment
• Perks: Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond 30 miles from home; Paid training if needed; Company-issued iPad and branded gear

Qualifications & Skills

• Outgoing, confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• Prior canvassing or sales experience is a plus – but not required
